A graduate of the Industrial Distribution program at Texas A&M, Pete began his career with T&B in 1996. In 2000, he purchased the agency and has been leading the company to become one of the region’s largest electrical agencies operating in 7 western states.

To my newest and oldest friends,

Thank you.
Thank you to my friends who are valued new clients and thank you to my long-term distributors and manufacturers. Why begin my letter with a thank you? It’s simple. Every success we’ve achieved is just a reflection of the trust you have in us. And the trust you have in EMS and its leadership has led to growth and success in virtually every key area of measurement this year and in years past. We are proud of this growth, but far more, we are grateful and humbled. We are grateful for the trust you place in us every day to fulfill your needs and we are humbled by your response to our new endeavors. One such endeavor, EMS Services, is now available to provide you with engineering, integration, and project management all in-house and easily accessible. We are proud of such expansions and have worked hard over the years to develop a customer-centric team who believe in collaboration, accountability, and winning together.

As President of EMS, I am committed to continuing to build the type of company that treats all constituencies—our clients, distributors, manufacturers, contractors, end-users and our communities—with honor and respect. I hope to embody our core values of integrity, respect, productivity, optimism, and responsibility and to pass that on to you through our faithful employees. I’ve been fortunate to see these core values and disciplines drive our growth from just 3 employees in 2 states to 17 sales professionals covering 7 states today.

Brad began his career in 1989 with Square D and has worked throughout Southern California and Utah. His background includes extensive industrial and commercial experience and is a great addition to the team.

Rob Flint

Inside Sales

Rob has over 25 years experience in the Electrical Industry. Fifteen years with Electrical Marketing Solutions as an inside salesman and 6 years experience as an outside salesman.

Aaron Smith

Inside Sales

Aaron comes to EMS with nearly a decade of experience at the distribution level in Utah. His experience and knowledge of the industry at different levels are a great asset to the future of the company.

Anna Bretzke

Inside Sales

Anna has over 25 years in the Electrical Industry. 22 years with ABB/T&B in various roles.  Her background includes customer service, inside sales and management.

Andrew Cyprian

Inside Sales/Outside Sales

Andrew began his career with distribution class transformers at ABB. A graduate from Purdue University, he brings his Electrical Engineering background and Project Management experience to EMS.

Lenny Healy

Inside Sales

Lenny has been in the electrical industry for over 10 years in distributor sales. He has held multiple roles and with his customer service focus and attention to detail he is a great addition to the team.

Kelly Reynolds

Inside Sales

Kelly joins Electrical Marking Solutions after 27 years with an electrical manufacturer’s representative in Arizona. She brings her extensive experience in inside sales and customer service as well as a practical knowledge of electrical distribution and power products.

Marisol Trujillo

Inside Sales

Marisol has been in customer service for most of her professional career. She began working in banking where she advanced to the level of Personal Banker. Her exceptional customer service skills and commitment to details have made her a great asset to the EMS inside sales team.

Mason Lyman

Inside Sales

Mason brings 30 years’ experience in the electrical industry that includes, agency outside sales, estimating, lighting specialist, and field experience as a journeyman wireman.

Zane Sapp

Outside Sales

Zane joins EMS as a Sales Engineer and will lead our Idaho territories sales and business development. Zane holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from University of Idaho. His background includes 8 years working in the traffic industry in many different roles. In his previous company, Zane engineered total customer solutions, oversaw field installations, led sales & marketing efforts, and provided post purchase technical and customer support. His experience and great attitude add unique value to EMS.

David Marin

Outside Sales

David has over 10 years of experience in the electrical industry. He brings his dynamic personality and hard work ethic to his role as lighting facilitator.

Derk Kapp

Outside Sales

Derk’s family roots stem in the electrical construction business. Learning from an early age from a father who was an electrician. Derk’s career has been in sales and distribution, working in the packaging industry over the past 15 years. Serving customers in both management and in sales capacities, Derk understands that service, and doing what one says they will do, are the most crucial parts of any relationship.

Brad Nickell

BDM – ABB Power Grids

Brad has over 20 years of Electric Power Engineering experience in control system design and commissioning, system planning, and renewable energy integration for the utility industry. His efforts serve to further enhance the value-centered solutions EMS provides its Power Products customers.

Brock Hildyard

BDM

A graduate of Villanova in Electrical Engineering, Brock joined our team in 2021 and brings with him 5 years of sales experience in the field of chip manufacturing.

Daniel Taylor

BDM – Industrial Market

Daniel joins the team as a Journeyman Electrician with 8 years of field engineering and installation experience. He brings the ability to provide real-world solutions to our industrial and commercial customers.
